Benjamin is a experienced Corrective Exercise Therapist and Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition coach . Benjamin started off teaching Health Related Fitness to children and has gone on to study at the CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute. This is where Benjamin has leant that the Holistic approach is where his clients will find results. Benjamin has first implemented this on himself and believe you have to ‘walk your talk’ if you are going to truly help people. Benjamin looks into sleep patterns, stress levels, Nutrition, movement patterns and corrective exercises to not only improve people’s quality of life but educate them on the best choices to make.

Initially I thought 3 months was too hard it actually didn’t feel that long. Once you train yourself to think and eat a certain way it became second nature. The first couple of weeks were most challenging but the results prove it was all worth it. I’ve learned which foods help my digestion and metabolism, which supplements work and feel more energized as a result. The continuous exercise made a difference too but I definitely feel that nutrition is a major key in shrinking the inches off! Benjamin’s input in the beginning is very vital, the text reminders and checks were motivating and the biweekly weigh in’s really pushed me to keep at it. I would go back and do juice days for a good cleanse as I really felt the difference. I am still eating mostly foods off the allowed list and really use all the recipes - it’s been a good education and I feel more in control of my body and weight. Luke is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Master Rehabilitation Trainer but has also delivered amazing results working with strength and conditioning athletes. I began participating in competitive sports from a young age exploring different practices ranging from boxing and martial arts to football and tennis, through a dedicated daily practice over two decades and 5 years of doing 25+ hour weeks of coaching and one to one sessions I became very proficient at seeing, reading and understanding the bodies responses to exercise and movements, physiologically and biomechanically. This sparked a further interest into the exercise science and holistic approaches.

I started out as a fitness instructor/ martial arts coach back in 2007, since then I have ran a successful personal training business, lectured, delivered workshops on various topics, built several fitness brands and helped many individuals such as: models, actors/actresses and professional fighters to weekend warriors and exercise enthusiasts of all ages, shapes and sizes to achieve personal excellence and lasting change in lifestyle health and wellbeing.

I have been an endurance athlete for over 13 years moving from marathon to triathlon and recently focusing mostly on long-distance, mountainous cycling sportive over the last few years. Thora has been my essential partner throughout these past three years in preparing me for my summer racing. Each year she has constructed a tailored strength program for me and taken me through a six-month schedule in the build up to the racing season. As a result, I have seen my times drop dramatically, posting a variety of PBs in cycling, running and triathlon as I head into my mid-forties.
